Product Ratings
James Suckling 90pt

Aromas and flavors of tar, berries and dark chocolate. Full body, relatively firm tannins and a finish that fills the palate. Well done. Second wine of Lynch-Bages.

by James Suckling, 2015
Wine Spectator 89pt

Shows the vintage's austere edge, with alder and iron notes pinching a bit, but the core is solid, featuring dark plum, black cherry and currant notes that have meshed well. A bright sanguine thread runs through the finish.

by Wine Spectator, 2015

An echo of the First Wine's character

Like its big brother, Echo de Lynch-Bages displays the characteristic taste, aromas and length of Pauillac wines. As an echo of the first wine, it receives the same care and attention from the vine to the cellars. It is the result of a selection of Lynch-Bages' youngest vines and represents between 25 to 40 % of the harvest depending on the vintage. Echo de Lynch-Bages is round, soft and seductive in its youth with outstanding potential for bottle age.
