This shows notes of cassis, black cherries, crushed walnut, toasted spices and chocolate. Medium-bodied with very fine tannins that give a silky mouth-feel. Polished and refined with a delicate fruit character. Fresh and chalky finish. Drink or hold.

An already balanced wine that has succulent black fruits and tannins that are integrating well. If it is a wine that will develop quickly, it will certainly offer pleasure as it does so.

The 2020 Fourcas-Dupre has a medium to deep garnet-purple color and notes of ripe black plums, blackberry preserves and blackcurrant pastilles with touches of ground cloves, wild sages and fragrant earth. The medium-bodied palate features bright, crunchy black and red berry flavors with a soft texture and bags of freshness, finishing long and invigorating. Nicely done!
